1. Who is responsible
This site (GENOMA brand) is operated by Phoenix One Group, LLC (2061 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135, USA), a Florida limited liability company.

2. Scope
This policy covers this site only. Each product (Genoma Ads at ads.genomai.ai, Genoma Agents at agents.genomai.ai) has its own policy, which applies when you create an account or use the product.
This site has no forms or user accounts.
3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage in aggregate: page views, clicks on WhatsApp and product buttons, language, device type and approximate location. GA4 uses first-party cookies (_ga) and does not store IP addresses.
We configure it without Google Signals or ad personalization, and keep its data for 2 months. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default (Google Consent Mode).
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google acts as a service provider under its own terms.
4. WhatsApp
Contact buttons open WhatsApp with a prefilled message. If you message us, we receive your number, profile name and message content, and use them to answer your question, book calls and send you information about the product or service you asked for.
WhatsApp (Meta) processes that data under its own privacy policy.
5. Email
If you email ventas@genomai.ai, we use your address and message only to reply and follow up on your request.
6. AI agent
This site does not currently have an embedded AI agent. If we add one, we will update this policy before turning it on, listing which providers process the conversations and how long they are kept.
7. Infrastructure
The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs technical data for each request (IP address, browser, date and time) to operate and protect the service. Videos are served from Mux, which receives equivalent technical data when they play. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
8. Sale and sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. We also do not share it for advertising based on your activity across other sites: our analytics runs without Google Signals or ad personalization.
9. Retention
We keep WhatsApp messages and emails for 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept for 2 months.
10. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or a portable copy, and object to its use, by emailing ventas@genomai.ai. We handle these requests under the laws that protect you, including California and other U.S. state privacy laws and the GDPR if you visit from the European Economic Area.
We respond within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity through the same channel you used to contact us.
11. Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals, not at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its update date.
